01 / The idea

Your guide should
make things simpler.

You know what you want to watch. Finding it shouldn't feel like a scavenger hunt through channel numbers, duplicate names and mystery game feeds.

01

Channels that make sense.

Cleaner names, recognizable local station logos, and familiar TV categories. Everyday browsing with a little less noise.

02

Game day, with the details.

Who's playing, when it starts, and artwork that belongs to the matchup. Games are ordered by start time, with final scores when available.

03

Better choices, clearly labeled.

Higher-quality available feeds get preference. Find 4K options where available, plus standard alternatives, without guessing from a long provider title.

02 / A closer look

A guide with
a bit more context.

Small details make a difference when you're settling in for the evening or finding the next game.

Keep your options.

03 / Two editions. One idea.

A guide for
your provider.

Each edition is curated separately for its provider. Same care, with the channels and feeds available to that subscription.

StaticWrangler / T-Rex

StaticWrangler / Dream 4K

The Dream 4K edition.

Bring your own compatible provider subscription and player. StaticWrangler provides curation and guide information; it does not sell provider access. Setup details will be shared when the beta is ready.

04 / A little help

Let's get you
back to watching.

Start with the common questions here. Our dedicated support thread on the EPGenius Discord will be linked when it's available.

Community support thread coming soon

When reporting a problem, share the channel, matchup, date, time zone and player. Keep credentials and full playlist or guide links private.

Is StaticWrangler a TV subscription?

No. It adds curation and guide information to provider access you already have. You'll need your own compatible subscription and player.

How do I get the beta?

The T-Rex and Dream 4K editions are still being prepared for a free beta. This site will share release information and setup guidance when they're ready.

Will every game be available?

Coverage depends on your provider, published event feeds and available schedules. StaticWrangler cannot add a broadcast your subscription doesn't carry. Some feeds come on air only close to kickoff, and exhibition schedules may be incomplete.

Why isn't a game live yet?

A listing can appear ahead of the event so you can find it later. The provider may show an off-air screen until near the start. Check the listed start time and your player's time-zone setting.

The guide or artwork looks out of date.

Try your player's playlist and guide refresh options. Some players also cache artwork. If it persists, note the channel and the programme shown, plus the time and player, for the support thread.

Does a 4K option mean every game is native 4K?

No. Feed resolution and the original production format can differ. 4K options are included when a suitable feed is available; quality and availability can vary by channel and event.

Is there a charge?

The launch is planned as a free beta. Optional donations may come later. Your provider subscription remains separate.

Less scrolling.
More watching.
